Well the word was solemn. It doesn't have to be a new word, just a word I like. I like how it's spelled. Plus it worked for the post.
Yeah, I love a man in uniform- especially Chicago Police officers. I've tried to figure out the root of it, but I can't. I don't think I'll ever date a civilian again... Sigh...
I'll quote Jeffrey's description of me after a late night senior year in high school: "A no-nonsense Italian gal who knows what she wants and knows how to get it." Some other girl called me an Italian bimbo, but there's no need to go into that.

We all wear uniforms where I work but we don't have big truncheons though.....
